[Nickel Plating]

Tri Nickel/ High sulfur (EB-800-01) is designed for depositing highly leveled ductile, high sulfur contain,
high corrosion resistant nickel process.

Bright Nickel Process (EB 700-04) is a high performance addition agent system for bright nickel plating.
The process has been formulated to give superior leveling, brightness, coverage, better chrome
receptivity and extremely good brightness at medium and low current density areas

Black Nickel process is an electrolytic process, use for decorative purpose. Black Nickel process has a
little corrosion resistance and suitable for articles such as camera fittings, optical and electrical
instruments

Nickel Activator is used to deoxidize / activate the surface of nickel plated products do to further nickel plating or any other
plating like chrome, copper and brass.

Electro less Nickel Salt EB-201 is ammonia based electro less Nickel for ABS, PC/ABS,
Polypropylene and different engineering plastics. With this process we can obtained a
ductile, uniform and semi bright Nickel phosphor layer. The plated layers are free of
pores.

Nickel Activator / Nickel Strike EB-750 is use to activate stainless steel and other high alloy steel prior to plating. it gives a
very thin lyre on bass metal to promote adhesion strength. Nickel Activator also use for repair nickel plated products.

Foam Reducing Agent EB-20 is used to reduce high foaming agents being used in mechanical
agitated baths to convert in air agitated bath. Because air agitated baths required low foaming
agents and can`t be operate with high foaming agents

Nickel Decomposing Agent EB-202 is used to convert nickel bright solution to semi bright
solution and reduce sulfur content in bright nickel solution. Bright nickel Solution treated by this
process can be used to replenished basic salts in semi bath. This process use to reduce the cost
of basic salt additions in semi bath. And keep maintain salts in optimum range.

[Chrome Plating]

Bright Chrome Catalyst BC-3600 is a mixed catalyst high speed bath. This process gives high
rate of deposition and increase cathode efficiency 15-20% .thus reduce electric consumption up
to 40% with compare to conventional chrome bath.

Hard chrome plating process HC-3700-01 is a high-speed bath which employs a special mixed soluble
catalyst and has been developed to meet the modern hard chrome plating requirements. Its outstanding
features are, high rate of deposition and hardness of the deposited chrome layer.

[Zinc Plating]

Acid Zinc process (EB 4000-01) is a modern high efficiency chloride based plating process. It can be
operated on wide temperature and current density range. The process EB-4000-01 produced highly level
ductile chrome like finish. It can be used for Rack and Barrel plating system.

Zincobrite EB-22 is a sulfate zinc plating process suitable for mild steel, metal sheets & wires continues
plating. This process used where highly ductile deposit required for wire draw and bending. Its deposition
very fast that’s why this process highly recommended for continues electro galvanizing lines.

Cyanide Zinc Brightener EB-111 is a single brightener with double strength specially formulated for bright
zinc plating process. This single brightener show good stability during working at elevated temperature
and it is simple to operate and control.

[Copper plating]

Acid copper plating process (EB-500-02) which produce low stressed highly ductile and uniform
leveling. It also provide good throwing power, so complex shaped parts can also be plated easily,
gives high corrosion resistance and suitable ABS plating.

Acid copper plating process (EB-500-02) which produce low stressed highly ductile and uniform
leveling. It also provide good throwing power, so complex shaped parts can also be plated easily,
gives high corrosion resistance and suitable ABS plating.

PD-Activator is an acid activator consisting of specially prepared hydrosols of catalytic palladium which
insures the operability of such sols in activating suitably treated nonconductive substrate surfaces for
chemical plating particularly ABS plastic plating.

These salts are recommended for general plating purpose for use in rack or barrel and are
designed for high rate of deposition of fine grain structure. The Rochelle salt in the solution helps
to increase cathode efficiency, better anode corrosion.

[Brass plating]

Brass Plating process EB-120 is generally use for decorative purposes as top coat over bright
nickel plated parts, This brass process gives a rich golden yellow color, but any shade pale
yellow to reddish gold may be achieved from the same bath by varying the temperature and
current density’s.

[Tin plating]

Tin plating is a soft, ductile, silvery-white metal that is not easily oxidized in air. It has good
conductivity and corrosion resistance while enhancing solider ability of substrates that are not
otherwise easily soldered to. Tin plating is generally considered non-toxic and non-carcinogenic
and as such its use is generally approved for food contact applications.

[Alluminiuem plating]

The zincate/ Aluminium process is a treatment for aluminium and its alloys which enables direct
dull or bright nickel deposits to be applied without intermediate brass or copper plating. The
process is simple to operate and has an additional advantage over earlier processes in that the
nickel plated articles do not need to be stoves prior to chromium plating.
