Blackening Additive EB-405 is a conversion coating for ferrous material, stainless steel and mild steel it is
used to provide mild corrosion resistant’s “for appearance“ and to minimize light reflection. To achieve
maximum corrosion resistance part`s should be spray with anti-rust oil or wax after blackening process.

[Zinc Passivation]

Trivalent

Bright Blue Passivation EB-414 is a trivalent passivation formulated for cyanide zinc alkaline zinc,
chloride zinc and sulfate zinc bath. A trivalent passivation gives better corrosion resistance as compare to
conventional hexavalent salts. Trivalent passivation saves cost because it does not required waste treatment.

Blue Passivation EB-402 is a trivalent extreme blue passivation formulated for cyanide zinc alkaline zinc,
chloride zinc and sulfate zinc bath. A trivalent passivation gives better corrosion resistance as compare to
conventional hexavalent salts. Corrosion resistance can be increase up to seventy two hour with sealant
EB-406 application. Trivalent passivation saves cost because it does not required waste treatment.

[Zinc Passivation]

Hexavalent 

Passivation EB-400 produce iridescent yellow-green colored chromate coating on zinc and
cadmium plating surfaces. The chromate coating affords high corrosion resistance and meets
federal specifications.

Extreme blue passivation EB-401 is a low cost and easy to handle good pH stability, good corrosion
resistance and an excellent addition to all zinc coated surfaces, an immediate and throw rinse is
recommended after extreme blue passivation to avoid any iridescent.

Black Passivation EB-403is an ambient temperature immersion process for producing shiny jet black
conversion coating on Alkaline zinc, acid zinc and cyanide zinc plated surfaces. Black passivation offer
good corrosion resistance. Two hundred plus SST hours (white rust) can be achieved, ifsealed with
Sealant EB-407 and anti-rust oil.

Olive green Passivation EB-404 is an ambient temperature immersion process for producing leaf-green
conversion coating on alkaline zinc, acid zinc and cyanide zinc plated surfaces. Green passivation offer
good corrosion resistance. One hundred fifty plus SST hours (white rust) can be achieved.
